it is stunning - my first sighting of the tree was winter when it arrived in the UK and went into quaranteen. Once it was released spring had sprung and it was leafing out so we have a 6 month wait for the winter image again. (the tree does have to be defoliated - just once this year - but that doesnt count )
there is already visible progression from last summer to last week

Thanks for sharing pictures!
?full fall color? Is it good in your area?
In our area fall is short and nights are not cold
Enough for good colors...

hi mal, cheers
dougies pic gives us a rough idea but this coming winters pic with a black background will really show the twigs better - it will be even better ramified by then too as the tree needs defoliating soon and more fine twigs will be the result - its incredible how fast these grow too, non stop pruning.

Had my hand's on this one earlier this year, Marcus. Picture's don't do it justice, as usual and yes it will certainly keep you busy keeping it in shape
