A few years ago I built a green house in western NY for my tropical bonsai. To cut down on costs it was constructed from wood rather than metal. In the last year or so I have had problems with mildew, etc. growing over the winter. Last year after spraying thoroughly with bleach I painted the inside with a latex paint which contained a mildew inhibitor. This year things are much better but I have again sprayed with bleach. Are there any other more effective commercial products available to get rid of the problem. Any information or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Hank,
ZeroTol is a great product for many antifungal applications.
We use it to clean, sterilize propagation trays, prevent root rot, treat powdery mildew....
It is also one of the few agents that kills fungal spores.

Each fall I clean the greenhouse with Physan 20.
