Hi vietnhat.

Please could you clarify if you are asking us to give you some ideas on what you could do with this tree.

Thanks.

Sweet. I love your English mate.

None of the experts are responding, so I will start. After a year of being with this forum, I cant believe the amount that I learned, stuff you cant find in books. And then I realized how much time I wasted all these years thinking that I know alomost evrything about bonsai because I have 12 books on the subject, O no sweetheart, I new zult!

Within the first month that I joined, I planted out 18 of my trees back in the ground!!

Anyway backi to you...

First Vietnhat, This tree has good potential.

I would repot it first, with that amount of moss on the trunk, I bet your tree has been in that same pot for years, am I right?

By know your soil is depleted of nutrients, and salts would have built up in the soil, all slowing down the growth of the tree.

Maybe a bigger pot to thicken up the trunk? The Trunk by the way has great movement, about the styling of the tree, there you need the experts advice. ......Follow the Line.....

O, and get Robert Stevens books. I dont know how any bonsai person can live without them.

Love and Light

Thanks Andre Beaurain
You were right. My tree has been in this pot for years. According to your advice, I will repot it. But I have to wait until the beginning of the rainy season, in April so that tree can grow better.
I have a few books about bonsai but mainly the authors are Vietnamese.
Unfortunately I do not see the books of Robert Stevens.
Again, thank you. Good luck.
