Bob,
It is the same Haruyoshi, unlike Kozans, there's only one potter with that name. This seal is used for his inexpensive line of pressed glazed and unglazed pots. You'll find his history in the "Haruyoshi" post, and more info in the "Demystifying Tosuis" post.
