Hi Chris,
That was quick posting my friend.

I brought the tree in today to discuss the removal for the thick left lower branch. Everyone agreed, cut it off.
So off it came.

It's removal opens up new opportunities on possible fronts.

Plan next, before it leafs out, to remove some of the excess branches and get the whole tree wired.

Some nice trees down there as usual. Was good to meet up with everyone again. Always a warm welcome :-)

Some lovely hornbeam outside too Chris. Already got one earmarked for Sunday :-)

Had a play with a few of my small junipers today. A repot and a little wiring

Still a great deal of wiring and further refining to do in the near future. Considering how the started, mainly juniper whips, I'm happy with the results so far. It's fun to play. Very Happy

Dragon workshop this sunday

Post  JR on Mon Jan 28, 2013 1:12 pm

Hi Chris

Very busy day on Sunday, nice to see afew new faces. It looks like its going to be another interesting and entertaining year again looking at the programme.

Jerry,

Interesting to see what you are doing with the junipers. Your 5th photo looks like they are either going to dance with each other or fight a dual!!
