hamamelis,a winters welcome interest

I took this picture of one of my Hamamelis bonsai today 30 Dec. Still in the very early stages of styling,any suggestions on future actions?Also as the leaves tend to be rather on the large size has anyone been successful with leaf size reduction on Hamamelis?

Hello Colin.
I have no personal experience on this specific species.
But i think it is good to have some pictures from different sides of this part of the tree,
specially the direction of the roots and the movement of the trunk are important to judge about the future styling.
