looks to be a ficus of some sort and a brazillian rain tree, both have potential for sure. Better pic of the last one??

The first looks like a benjamina, and the second could be a brazillian rain tree, or if it has thorns, a texas ebony.

OK with the Ficus ben. id but would question BRT or TE. The poster is in the Philippines and I don't think those trees are common there. However it does have compound leaves. Maybe Tamarind which is more common in the Philippines I think.

BTW, both BRT and TE have very mean thorns.

You're right, I didn't realize it was the philippines. My bad for not paying close enough attention.
