Remove posts when the event has passed

Post  JimLewis on Wed Aug 19, 2009 9:37 pm

This is a widely read section of the board. And it's getting longer and longer.

Please remember when you have posted an announcement of an upcoming event to remove that message after the event is over.

Many thanks.

How do you remove the whole thread when other people have added to it?

i guess the alternative if a 'post event' writeup is added is to move the entire post to the 'bonsai' section of the forum as there are loads of 'after the event - pictures and words' type threads in that section.
