Naked Korean Hornbeam (Carpinus coreana)

A few of my Hornbeams without leaf.

you really have some great material there ! I especially like the second 'big' tree, and the first of the 'small' ones... but some chaos going on there on the branch/twig structure and wiring department, but with putting some effort into that you will easily get good results in short period of time without a doubt. They will all shine in a not-so-far-future :-).

Question: did you do some threadgrafting on some trees ;-), for instance the second 'big' tree, in the inward curl of the upper parts of the trunk.

Thank you. No I have not done any thread grafting, and I agree much chaos. They are all healthy and growing well, now I must make them aesthetically pleasing.

Correction on species, all are Korean except for last picture (european Hornbeam) and 3rd and 4th picture (unknown)
