According to Dirr, and others, there appear to be several 'Hetzi' junipers. One appears to be a cultivar of J. virgiana, but I doubt that is the one you have.

A few others are among the two gazillion cultivars of J. chinensis. One, 'Hetzi columnaris' is described as ""upright pyramidal." 'Hetzi glauca' is a "semi-erect form with light blue foliage." 'Hetzi' itself is described as a "large . . . upright-spreading form (with) branches in all directions.

As a J. chinensis cultivar, it should be "bonsaiable." Whether is it "good" for bonsai would depend on the individual specimen that you find, I suppose.
