Should I repot my Myrtle? Please vote NOW

Post  Tony on Sat Nov 03, 2012 5:17 pm

I have never been sure that the Pot that my Myrle is in is quite right for the tree. I am asking members to vote on whether I should repot.

I'm loving the virtual and the pot... Would just worry it maybe a little but too shallow!?

But I would trust you in your judgement.

Thanks

Hi Tony,
I voted for the virtual but I think you should only use the virtual pot for showing the tree. I think a deeper pot would be better for growing this tree. Nice tree by the way.
Best,
Todd

I'm in agreement with Todd-It's an awesome show tree/ pot but I'd worry about long term cultavation in such a shallow pot.

tony there are many reasons i would repot it into the virtual pot first it show the strength of the truck better also the color tones of the pot add more interest to the composition...

I am a little unsure on this one. Although the first pot looks a little too heavy, I like the way that the profile of the pot reflects the shape of the trunks. I also like the unusual (lilac?) colour.
