Juniper Wintering Empty Juniper Wintering

Here in Boone, NC a small snow-storm is blowing through. It's staying around 30-34 degrees Fahrenheit during day and night. The weather forecast says it should stay like this until Tuesday night.
Winds are around 25mph.

I have a young Juniper bonsai (~3 years).
Right now, my juniper is sitting on my porch on the third floor apartment building. It's lightly protected from wind but I think it may need a little more.
Burying the tree is not an option.
I have no shed/garage to place the tree in.

Any suggestions on further protecting my bonsai? (mulch, build small shelter, etc)

If pictures are needed of my porch or tree, please say and I'll post some today after 6pm.

Your juniper should be fine outside. Mine stay out all winter in temps down to the teens. Just be sure that -- unless the pot is frozen solid -- you don't let it dry out in the &^%$ wind we have all winter.
