Yamadori Pinus nigra

Here is my Pinus nigra that I got from a bonsaifriend about 3 years ago, initial styling by Yannick Kiggen but redesigned a litlle with the help of Hans van Meer in 2008.

Hi Andy,

very hard to get a nice pot, at the Noelanders none of you potters sold any cascades, Brian Allbright told me its simply because they are to expensive to manufacture at a reasonable price.
Have to look for a chinese i guesse

What are the best methods for growing nigra? What does this pine prefer?

free draining soil, I use akadama and kiryu in equal parts, lots of sunshine and not to much water.
Feeding, I use abraksas heavely if I want backbudding or growth.

Thanks princess "Fiona"! I have been on IBC before it was shut down and posted weekly in that time. The new forum has a strange way to download the photo's. I have tryed, but failed to do so after writing a post with at least 10 lines. I think the problem is with this PC. It's not mine, but next week I will operate with my new Apple I-mac. If Everything is OK, I'll show some of my works soon.
