flooded Manila

Most part of Metro Manila is flooded, This is the worst flood here in 50 years without typhoon...just heavy rain in the past 3 days and no sign of stopping. One block away from my garden where I kept most of my trees the river overflows for the 1st time, now at 2 meters deep from the road side and continuing to rise.

Very freak weather conditions in the past few years.

Thank you people... Still raining very hard but I hope the worst of it is over. but the problem is that the ground is now very saturated, Major metro manila roads were now submerge and the water won't dry easily.

We need prayers for the less lucky people.

you are going through. Please do take care. Remember, most of it is just "stuff". In your case
some very nice stuff, but it all can be replaced. Take care of each other first, as I know you are.

I have been checking online pictures and videos from various news agencies and it breaks my heart to see that despite the progress, there are still lots of depressed areas in metro Manila. Sadly, pictures & videos from those areas seem to be the only ones shown, it paints a one sided picture...even to those who (should) know better.
