I actually had to water 5 of my trees last night believe it or not.
I do check them daily but this is the 1st watering for at least 3 weeks.
Potato famine also hitting Southampton as everybody's spuds on every allotment plot in the city has got the dreaded blight I hear from the council.
Maybe I'll emigrate to America without wishing to make light of Ireland c. 1845.

We've been watering 2 to 3 times a day for the past 2 month. Got a brief rain this past weekend. Today had a 30% chance of rain, but it was pulled from the forecast.
