more new work

Hi All
I have been working over the last couple of months on a new idea and wanted to share it with you, and get some feedback. The porcelain pots are decorated with designs taken from the Japanese Satsuma ware tradition. All the panels were created from elements taken from the repeating patterns used on the early pots. It is still work in progress but the results so far are encouraging. What do you think?

Extraordinary work; lovely pots! I have a hard time envisioning a tree in them, though.

I agree with Jim, nice work but IMHO too fancy for a bonsai tree. The pot itself might serve as an accent.
