Wow that is a seriously huge tree! A lot of nice trees on the background as well (more my size too )
Must be a soft/light wood...had it been hard/heavy wood, the 3 of them probably cannot lift it. I would have at least carved the deadwood before the repot and shaved some of that weight. My back aches just looking at the tree and thinking of moving it LOL
I would have positioned it where the support is and not middle of the span also.

Except one Caliandra or Pitanga, all the trees around are Brazilian Rain Trees.
The work of dead wood will be made after.

hi,
looks a fun day, but is big always better I wonder, or just big for the sake of it?
it will be a nice talking point tree though, i like the way they shaded the roots with an umberella, well thought out.
cheers Marcus

Too big for me. Too big for "bonsai?" I'm impressed, but I dunno why anyone would want a tree that size.

fantastic material looks like you are having fun, that is just my type of material, yes marcus in this case big is better. i,v got something reserved with my collecting guys about the same size just waiting to see if it survives. the problem is i,m getting too old to lift stuff like that, but i still love it. regard john

very nice tree, very nice movement, lots of work ahead with the hard wood, but I think in time it will be a good masterpice. Like your little trees in the back as well. I collect also a few chloroleucum manganense, similar to tortum but with less movement, I will have to look harder. Cheers
