Post  Guest on Thu Jun 07, 2012 12:09 pm

Hi IBC

The development from raw material of this tree was in another thread, but I wanted to leave the side issues in that thread, so I'll post a new thread to share an update.

Before:

After Restyling yesterday:

Spot details:

The shari and jin I made/ carve last year is getting matured

base: I love this specie for its bark

Jun,
Creative use of the material.
I also appreciate the bark of this species. Sometimes it even has corky bark.

Hi Jun
A very good interpretation. A more pleasing image. But I also loved it in its other option.

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Jun,

the tree is nice but the pot is very interesting :-)

Did you do it by yourself and how did you make it (which tools, technique) Because I'm sure if you just took a hammer it will be just broken :-)

Thanks
