Pieris Japonica Empty Pieris Japonica

Hi All,

I have a question regarding my Pieris Japornica, this plant was taken out of a residential property about 2 years ago.
It was placed in a Bonsai pot about a year ago, and it has lots of flower buds all over but only a few have blossomed. Would this be because the soil lack acidity...?
I live in Australia and have found very little info on them other than to treat them like similar to an Azalea.
I have some pics on my other computer and will try to post them later on.
Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Hi Elias. I know Pieris enjoy acidic soil, but don't you think sticking a battery in there is taking things just a tad too far? Very Happy

My wife's friend has got a 10ft pieris in her garden. What d'you think my chances are of swiping it without her noticing?
